Gray Webb is the latest addition to Synergy Commercial Finance and he has joined Karl Lanham and Michael Moore at Complete Commercial Finance Ltd.
With 44 years at a high street bank and with an extremely wide variety of roles from “Traditional” Bank Branch Manager, Credit Sanctioner, Regional Budget Setting, Performance Management to Business Manager and Commercial Manager……… it’s safe to say Gary Webb has had his fair share of responsibilities which will come to great use at Complete Commercial Finance Ltd!
Since 1993, Gary was based in Kings Lynn, West Norfolk where he managed a portfolio of 150 customers up to £3M turnover and over the last 14 years he has managed a portfolio of 65 customers ranging from £3M to £45M turnover. Gary really does have a vast array of experience and knowledge that he will be bringing to the business. Ranging from Credit Analysis, Senior/Subordinated debt and Mezzanine finance through various management buy outs and acquisitions in his customer base.
As mad as it may seem at the moment, Gary thought that now would actually be the perfect time to become a broker. He has known Karl and Mike for many years and he could not wait to be a part of their team, especially as he has seen how successful they have become and how highly they speak of Synergy Commercial Finance Ltd.
Another reason why Gary wanted to become a broker, was so he could work for himself and focus on keeping his clients happy, which is his main priority.
Gary is planning to team up with some local professionals and attend networking events to generate business.
