If ever evidence was needed to prove that you can teach an old dog new tricks, then this is it, as we congratulate our Sales Director, Lee Simms for passing the LIBF Level 5 Diploma in Asset Finance with flying colours!
Lee has been studying for the diploma since early 2020 and sat his final exam in May 2021.
Lee adds, “I’ve always enjoyed learning and developing my knowledge, so I leapt at the chance to enrol on this course. When I left school, I studied Zoology at The University of Reading, and it’s fair to say my career path has shifted a little since then!”
With Justin Ford, Operations Director, and Lynda Bate, Business Development Manager, both having completed the LIBF Level 5 Diploma in Asset Finance, Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd is proud to now have 3 qualified members.
Lee comments, “I was fortunate enough to be at Lombard earlier on in my career when their training courses were top notch and the experience of the team around you was unbelievable. It must be tough trying to get into the industry now with in-depth training less and less common and face to face interaction with work colleagues dramatically reduced.”
