Blackburn, 18th July 2024 – AFS Compliance Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of James Hinch to the role of Policy Director. This newly created position ensures that the business continues to maintain its market-leading status and outstanding audit record with the regulators.
James Hinch, formerly Head of Compliance at the NACFB, is a technical specialist with extensive knowledge of policies relating to business finance. He aims to leverage this expertise to provide brokers at both Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd and Synergy Commercial Finance Ltd with guidance that is both practical and proportionate to their business needs.
James is a high-profile hire for AFS Compliance, having worked in Financial Services since 2012 across first-, second-, and third-line support roles. He was drawn to AFS Compliance by its sterling reputation and, after meeting with the Senior Leadership Team, was inspired by the opportunity to drive innovative projects in the finance industry.
