AFS Group Holdings Ltd, the Blackburn-based business that encompasses the award-winning Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd, AFS Compliance Ltd, and Synergy Commercial Finance Ltd, has announced the appointment of David Metcalfe as the new Group Finance Director. This newly created role reflects the continued strong growth of the Group and its businesses over the past 12 months.
David joins AFS Group following a long tenure at a leading wholesale business based in Manchester. He brings a wealth of experience from his senior finance roles at well-known organisations such as Barclays and the Department of Work and Pensions. In his new role, David will work closely with AFS Compliance Ltd Finance Director, Maggie Morgan, as he integrates into the company.
