Back in 2021 we identified a significant lack of training courses available to our finance brokers who wished to support their existing skills and knowledge, plus those looking at succession planning for their business. The Finance Broker Academy(FBA) was formed having been designed by brokers for brokers and we sought trainers who had extensive finance experience to support us with our goal of professionalising the broker industry.
FBA has been hugely successful, and we are immensely proud of all who have graduated with us and take pride that we have assisted with their future professional development. We wish to thank you all.
Over the past year we have seen our training evolve with more and more requests for modular courses covering a range of topics for example, Introduction to Asset/Commercial Finance, Product Knowledge, Credit Skills, Marketing, Business Skills, and Leadership & Development. The FBA was being asked to adapt and to train our brokers outside of the Academy. This led us to review our training offering as a whole.
The FBA has been a huge success and with the evolution of our training courses we have taken the decision to expand our training capabilities by building a dedicated Centre of Excellence to support your training needs. We listened to you feedback and have formed The Finance Education Centre who will now undertake all our training courses. We are extremely excited with this partnership and will continue our pursuit of making training accessible to all.
