We are delighted to welcome Tim Blackledge and Leanda Walters to the Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd network. Tim and Leanda will be trading as Coast Asset Finance.
Tim’s work history has seen him cover a wide range of areas within the finance industry. Initially Tim worked for a finance company as an account manager which specialised in secured and unsecured loans before becoming a commercial and residential broker. However, for the last 15 years Tim has been involved in the bridging and development finance sectors working as a broker and with an independent lender.
Leanda’s work history is just as varied. Leanda worked as a Personal Assistant for the International Consultant at the local college and has a background in events management. For the last two years Leanda has worked with Tim, supporting the broking activity. Leanda’s previous roles have given her many transferable skills, she is extremely well organised and very focused on detail which enables her to keep the broking activity efficient and to a high professional standard.
What makes their business so special, is that they have been together for 14 years and have been happily married for 4. It is not every day we come across business partners that have a unique relationship like theirs.
Tim and Leanda’s goals are to help as many local businesses in their area to secure funding the correct and compliant way. This is one of the main reasons they set up Coast Asset Finance with Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd. In the past, they have both worked with large corporate businesses and they are ready for a change and are keen to assist SME’s.
AFS (UK) Ltd were thoroughly recommended to them by numerous lenders. Having such a large range of lenders and the expertise to call on made the proposition seem ideal for Coast Asset Finance.
Additionally, they plan on marketing their business online with Google and Facebook adverts. Tim and Leanda will also be joining their local networking groups and sending out letters/mail pieces to their local businesses.
Coast Asset finance do not specialise in any sector as they are willing to support SME’s with any asset they require.
