Marketing Services
In response to requests from our brokers, we have broadened our marketing services offering to include the provision of prospect data and website creation and development. These new additions sit alongside our existing services that span everything from setting marketing strategy and assisting with marketing planning to the delivery of tactical campaigns. We have also broadened out our support to brokerages that have their own in-house teams, providing a valuable sounding board to their employees and assisting with the early stages of recruitment and onboarding.
Promotions and New Recruits
The past year has also brought a wave of fresh talent into our business, with new recruits including Roland Wright & Amy Shillitoe (marketing), Brian Maxim (development), Iram Islam (compliance) and David Metcalf and Tyler Wharton (finance). Additionally, we are delighted to recognise the promotions of Chris Eccles in Compliance, Arifa Ugradar in Marketing, and Ebony Alderson in Sales Support. These moves not only reflect the hard work and dedication of these individuals but also our commitment to ongoing professional development.
Training and Development
Our partnership with the Finance Education Centre has benefitted our staff, brokers and funders alike. They provided sales techniques training for our ARs, as well as workshops on Leadership and Management for our own current and aspiring management team.
Charity Initiatives
We have remained committed to both charitable and environmental causes. Our AFS Meet the Funder event raised funds for Coach Core and we have separately supported Macmillian with activities undertaken at our places of work. Furthermore, through Just One Tree we have planted a combined total of 11,298 over the past 12 months.
As we conclude this financial year, it is important to recognise that our collective achievements are not just statistics but rather a testament to our commitment to excellence. We look forward to building on these foundations in the year ahead, continuing to support our network, and making a positive contribution to the economy.
