Kiran Patel

Kiran has extensive experience in finance and property.

He started his career in a training contract in the city of London, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He went on to work for Banking & Capital Markets within Ernst & Young as well as well finance roles within industry. He has personally undertaken dozens of property transactions including building a portfolio of Buy-to-let and HMO investments as well as flipping property in volume. The scale of his property ventures has grown through applying financial leverage via senior debt and private lenders, as well as a number of Joint Ventures. 

Kiran has a vast network within the property community and his background allows him to effectively work with funders to provide creative financing solutions and credibly advise clients of their options.
