Stephen North has worked with SME businesses for over 20 years. Within that time, he has worked in asset finance for a well-known brokerage for several years and also at a high street bank as a Relationship Manager and more recently Commercial Manager for over 7 years, until he finished with the bank in April 2019 managing to secure voluntary redundancy.
Shortly after, Stephen progressed his career with a Lender. His main focus was to maintain strong credit skills and to continue working on customer relationships. Stephen looked after clients that he had built a relationship with for over 20 years. He strongly prides himself in providing quality service and always being at hand when his clients required his assistance.
Once Stephen had became a broker he realised he thoroughly enjoyed every experience and didn’t want to go back into banking, which left him looking for an alternative route. He liaised with Piotr Twaits in late 2019 and from that moment he was instantly interest in what Synergy Commercial Finance had to offer.
The support from Synergy was crucial for Stephen, the access to the lenders, the compliance and general help provided by the team is what steered him firmly towards Synergy.
Stephen will generate business from existing clients in the main and introducers from his personal network that he has grown over the years.
