SYNERGY COMMERCIAL FINANCE WELCOMES ESTABLISHED BROKERAGE 313 COMMERCIAL TO THEIR NETWORK
Paul Gray has worked in Financial Services since 2007. Having started out in Banking, he joined a brokerage in 2013 before establishing his own company in 2016, which carries out both regulated and non-regulated business.
The origin of his business name, “313 Commercial,” is the fusion of Paul’s lucky number, 3, and his business partner’s favourite digits, 13, representing the partnership’s shared aspirations.
Paul joins the Synergy Commercial Finance network having recently left the White Rose Broker Plan scheme. Before joining he had heard about Synergy via his industry peers and this led him to contact Synergy Managing Director, Piotr Twaits to find out more.
There is a 19-person team behind the 313 brand which has an established online presence. While property remains his primary focus, Paul’s expertise transcends into bridging, commercial mortgages, and general business loans.
