Starting a business can be a daunting task, particularly in the competitive world of finance. However, Natalie Knight and Richard Patient have embarked on this journey with enthusiasm and clear goals in mind.
Prior to establishing Tempo Finance Ltd, Richard worked for a funder and brokerage for seven years. He had the experience and expertise needed to set up his own business and was eager to have the flexibility to instil his core values in building Tempo Finance. His business partner, Natalie had predominantly worked funder side for six years but had also previously studied and qualified as an accountant. She enjoys talking to customers and helping them to achieve their business goals by finding them the best funding.
The two professionals decided to start a brokerage focussed on helping their customers navigate the world of asset finance. Natalie strongly believes that every business has a story and relishes bringing this to life in compelling funding proposals. They felt that AFS shared this commitment to understanding and helping their customers and this led them to join the network.
Natalie was impressed with the support the franchise network offers, as well as the vast range of funders that they work with. She sees this as an opportunity to provide better services to their clients. Whilst Richard had worked with different AR’s (appointed representatives) in the AFS network in his previous roles and was impressed by the professionalism and good reputation of the network.
Richard has experience across most asset types but will be focusing on hard assets. He and Natalie have a strong desire to assist businesses in their local area, where the proximity means they can, if required visit a prospect and really get to know the owners and their ambitions.
Together, Natalie and Richard have the experience, expertise, and motivation to make Tempo Finance Ltd a success.
