We are delighted to announce that Tim Bennett has joined the Synergy Commercial Finance network, trading as Alta Capital Finance. Tim has over 27 years of experience in property lending, having started in the residential sector before choosing to specialise in commercial mortgages.
After beginning his finance career with City Mortgage Corporation, GE Money, and Money Partners, Tim moved into broking in 2013. Initially at Brightstar Financial and then Vantage Finance, before co-founding Empire Commercial Finance (London) in 2018, Tim brings to the Synergy network his extensive knowledge of clients’ challenges and requirements when seeking commercial finance.
Whilst working on the creation of his new brokerage, Tim met with Synergy Commercial Finance, Managing Director, Piotr Twaits, and decided that joining Synergy was the best option.
While he will continue to specialise in property and business finance, Tim will now have access to a wide range of solutions to service his clients’ financial needs and is confident Synergy Commercial Finance will provide the perfect support to help Alta Capital Finance flourish.
