John Judge joins the Synergy Commercial Finance network as Franchisee.
After a short career break, John has embarked on a new task of setting up his own Finance Brokerage.
With over 40 years of experience as a career banker with Lloyds Bank Plc, his experience spans across a range of market sectors and after completing his service with Lloyds as part of the National BDM team John has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to Commercial Financing.
After working for Lloyds Bank John moved on to working at RBS briefly before changing his career path into Law, working as a BDM for a Regional Law Firm in Essex. The BDM role provided him with a unique & transferable skill set to match client needs in the Commercial Finance industry.
“Speaking with the majority of my introducers and local contacts they really miss the ‘old school’ face-to-face relationship that they enjoyed with their Bank Manager over many years. Someone that truly knew them well and understood both their financial and personal goals and their future aspirations.
By setting up my own finance brokerage I aim to fill this gap in the market by providing a truly client-focused service and find the most appropriate finance solution for each and every customer.” – says John
He has extensive experience in various industries, including healthcare, particularly pharmacy purchases, commercial, and residential investing and many elements of property investment.
For John finding the right network was crucial so he was drawn to the ‘Broker in a Box’ proposition on offer. Which provides a complete range of services in terms of compliance, lender accessibility, and I.T. This allows John to focus solely on assisting his introducer partners and customers with financing options for any type of deal, in any market sector.
John will generate business by engaging with his already well-established network of professional and local contacts to promote his new business. Also attending networking events in South Essex to network with new potential clients, increase his profile and raise awareness of the range of funding solutions on offer in the Commercial marketplace.
